DESCRIPTION:Corvettes of WA have once again been invited to display our cars as the feature attraction at Fremantle Fishing Boat Harbour on Sunday November 9th as part of the Grandies Big Day Out Festival. \nWe will be located on the grassed area outside the Shipwrecks Museum. \nAs they did last year we have again been offered free fish and chips and a beverage for all club members who display their Corvette. \nThe festival runs from 12pm – 4pm. \nBump in will be from 10:00am and I need everyone in and setup by 11:00am at which time the bollards will go back up and they wont come back down again until 3pm. DESCRIPTION:** Cancelled ** \nWith the ongoing fuel price increases and potential shortages\, it’s just not very practical for us to have the Corvettes out on a run at the moment so I’ve made the call to cancel the Wednesday 1 April cruise to King Road Brewery. \nFingers crossed things settle down soon — I’ll keep an eye on the situation and look forward to getting us all back out on the road as soon as we can. \nIn the meantime\, our next club event is the Perth Classic Car Show\, now confirmed for Sunday 19 April at Robinson Reserve Tuart Hill. DESCRIPTION:Dear Members\,\n\nThe 2026 Perth Classic Car Show is fast approaching and will be held next Sunday\, 19 April at Robinson Reserve\, Tuart Hill (formerly held at Ascot Racecourse).\n\nThis year’s new venue offers more space\, better access\, and a fantastic park setting\, along with food vendors\, trade stalls\, live entertainment\, and a licensed area — it’s shaping up to be one of the best shows yet.\n\nClub Display & Numbers\nWe have space allocated for approximately 30–35 Corvettes and currently have 25 cars registered\, so there is still room for a few more. Our lineup now includes everything from C1 through to the C8\, so we will have a fantastic representation of Corvettes on display.
