IMPORTANT NOTICE FROM BASSENDEAN BOWLING CLUB
The following changes have been made at Bassendean Bowling Club:
- The pedestrian gates to Whitfield St (on the shopping centre side of the building) have been indefinitely closed.
- Access is only available from the Hamilton St car park.
- Access into the building is only provided from the Hamilton St car park side of the building
- All other doors will remain locked
- Someone will greet you as you arrive to:
◦ Check you in
◦ View your proof of vax
◦ Give you a wrist band noting that you have met the requirements.
- Proof of vax will only be accepted if it is:
◦ ServiceWA App
◦ Aust Govt COVID vax Certificate or
◦ Medicare COVID vax Certificate
- Medical exemptions will only be accepted if included in the Australian Immunisation Register
- When you arrive please check in
- Provide your proof of vax and valid personal identification
- Place your wrist band on your wrist
- Then go about your business as usual
- Face masks must be worn inside the clubrooms unless seated at a table
- Face masks are not required outside or on the greens or surrounds
- A COVID Marshall will be in attendance. Please help out and follow their instructions at all times.
