FRIDAY 20TH MARCH
• Check-in at Peppers Resort – Viewland Drive, Noosa Heads.
• Registration from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM in the Ocean Room / Mezzanine above Reception.
– Register and collect your event show bag, information pack, and identification tags
– Late registrations will be accommodated.
– Use this time to wash and polish your Vette, catch up with old friends, and meet new ones while
enjoying the resort’s facilities.
• Meet and Greet from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM in the bar / restaurant area.
– Welcome Cocktail Event with canape service. Dress – Casual. Drinks – Cash Bar.
– If you are leaving early Saturday morning, grab your pre-prepared Continental Breakfast pack.
SATURDAY 21 ST MARCH
• Breakfast – your Continental Breakfast pack or from 7:00 AM at the resort, as per accommodation package.
• Show and Shine from 9:00AM to 1:30PM at the Banana Bender Pub (approx. 1 hour from the resort)
– The venue opens at 6:00 AM for the placement of trade stalls.
-All Vettes must depart the resort by 7:30 AM to be in place by 9:00 AM forjudging.
– Lunch (at own cost) available at The Shed behind the main bar for our exclusive use.
Please remember to wear your national’s wristband to access the area.
– The Show and Shine will conclude at approximately 1:30 PM, leaving time to return to the resort
and get ready for the buses to dinner.
• Alternate Activity Option – Eumundi Markets
– Take a bus trip and enjoy the day at the Eumundi Markets (limited to 22 people).
• Dinner from 4:30 PM to 10:15PM at Australia Zoo
– Enjoy a 1-hour trip to Australia Zoo for a BBQ buffet dinner from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM,
featuring roving animals. Dress – Casual. Drinks – 2-hour standard drinks package.
– Buses depart from the Bus Station on Noosa Drive at 4:30 PM (approx. a 15-minute walk).
Due to the resort’s location, large buses cannot navigate to Reception. Those unable to walk down
the hill will be transported by Peppers’ golf carts and their 22-seat minibus.
– Buses will depart from Australia Zoo at 9:15 PM to return to Peppers BY 10:15pm.
– The resort bar will remain open until 11:00 PM.
SUNDAY 22ND MARCH
• Breakfast from 7:00 AM at the resort, as per your accommodation package.
• Morning Activity Option 1 – Hinterland Cruise through the countryside from 8:30AM to 12:00PM
– Depart from Peppers at 8:30 AM and return around 12:00 PM
• Morning Activity Option 2 – Karting from SAM to around 11:00AM at the Big Kart Track at Landsborough
– Depart Peppers at 8:00AM (extra cost – approximately $90 for 2 x 15-minute sessions).
• Lunch and Afternoon Activities – at your leisure and at your own cost.
– Relax and enjoy the facilities at Peppers or venture down the hill to visit the famous Hastings Street
or enjoy some Queensland sunshine at the beach.
• Gala Dinner and Awards Presentation from 6:00PM to 11:00PM at Peppers in the Conference Rooms /
Mezzanine above Reception.
– Enjoy a 3-course sit-down dinner to conclude and celebrate the 36th Nationals. Dress – Smart
Casual. Drinks – Cash Bar.
MONDAY 23RD MARCH
• Breakfast available from 7:00 AM at the resort, as per your accommodation package.
• Farewell old and new friends and depart at your leisure.
