Hi all, we are having another HOIST / SAFETY CHECK / SWAP MEET / 404 CHECK at my workshop in Warwick.
All going well with the weather, we have chosen SATURDAY THE 12TH OF SEPTEMBER with a start time of 8.30

1. Access to the hoist to put your Corvette up and have a good look and do a visual safety check
2. We will also do a check on wheel bearings, suspension and brakes.
3. Swap meet. Bring along any parts you have lying around and make some extra cash for fuel. Have your
name and a price on the parts to make things easier.
4. We will be doing a 404 check on vehicles on 404 to make sure as a club we compliant with the rules. This is
not so much as a mechanical check but just a compliance check that no modifications have
been done since the last inspection.
We will also be doing a Decibel competition of your exhaust if you want to compete or just curious how loud your
exhaust is. This is done by bringing up your revs to 3000 rpm and measuring with a decibel meter.
BBQ, tea and coffee will be provided. If you want to bring along an alcoholic beverage that is ok.
As there will be a lot of members wanting to use the hoist, there will be no mechanical work done other than
checking brakes and fluids and inspection.
